Facilitators
Mischa Harris
Pneuma Courses and Adults Breathwork Facilitator
I started as a student of Pneuma in 2013 when I was feeling a lot of stress and anxiety in my life and didn’t have any tools that were creating lasting change. Immediately after my first Pneuma Breathwork session I started to experience some real changes that I hadn’t felt before, and as I started to study and learn more about the psyche from the Pneuma perspective, my inner process accelerated even more. When it became very clear that the Pneuma teachings had touched my life more profoundly than anything else I had ever experienced, I began the process of becoming a facilitator, and since 2019 I have been fortunate to help others walk the path of self discovery that Pneuma proposes.
Alongside my role as a Pneuma facilitator I work as a kinesiologist and fascial stretch therapist, and am currently studying with the Canadian College of Osteopathy to further understand the subtle relationships between the physical body and the internal worlds.
Dr. Alexina Mehta
Pneuma Courses and Adults Breathwork Facilitator
I began my journey with the Pneuma Institute in 2009, which coincided with the start of my career as a Naturopathic Physician. The teachings from the institute have profoundly enhanced my understanding of health and healing, extending beyond the physical body. Pneuma teachings helped me understand how to heal beyond the symptoms within myself and also with my patients. With 15 years of practice, I am delighted to serve as a facilitator for the Pneuma Institute, guiding students through this transformative body of work.
In addition to holding a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine, I am an Ayurveda practitioner and women's health expert. I earned a Bachelor of Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia and worked as a fitness expert for many years.
Over the past 20 years, I have delivered more than 2,000 talks to over 150 organizations, including the United Nations and TEDx. I am passionate about guiding individuals and groups toward happiness and well-being. My work integrates ancient healing traditions with modern scientific knowledge to support each person's unique journey. Pneuma teachings are a core part of my practice.
Beyond my professional life, I enjoy traveling to sacred places around the world, hiking mountains, and practicing the sitar and Bharatnatyam dance.
Dr. Tanya Gee
Pneuma Courses and Adults Breathwork Facilitator
Over the last few decades I have experienced an incredible spiritual journey of knowledge, experience and cultivation of my own personal wisdom. I traveled great distances seeking truth and healing. My journey took me to the jungles of Malaysia, the mystical island of Jersey, the Buddhist temples in India, the sacred mountains of Mt.Shasta, etc. Each step of the way moved me further along the path back to my heart.
Today I am a worldwide lecturer/educator, entrepreneur, philanthropist, and facilitator with the Pneuma Institute. I would best describe myself as a storytelling intuitive doctor of TCM who belly laughs out loud every day and inspires everyone to be the most optimal version of themselves. My life is dedicated to the principles of Service, Devotion, Compassion and Love.

My name is Noriko Tunnah and I am a Pneuma facilitator specializing in kids mental and spiritual wellbeing in Vancouver, Canada. 🇨🇦
I am passionate about kids mental health education including psychological, philosophical and spiritual aspects. This world is getting more and more complex and children need to have tools, confidence and comprehension of themselves to navigate through this complexity. They are our future 🙏and I’m so honored to be part of their journey to get to know themselves. 🙌
In my profession, I am an international tax advisor/consultant and hold a Master of Science in Taxation and CPA. I am always in love with numbers. Each number has its own vibration and meaning. Numbers are divine and mystical which is worth spending time on exploration for its deeper relationship to ourselves.
I look forward to spending time with you in an upcoming class or Pneuma Breathwork.
