Pneuma Institute has been established for over 40 years globally. We are a school of transpersonal psychology internationally recognized through the European Transpersonal Association. We have local institute chapters all over the world with facilitators that share the essential teachings with local students who seek to develop themselves psychospiritually and advance in the development of consciousness.
The Pneuma team includes professionals in the fields of psychology, psychiatry, medicine, philosophy, education and other fields.
The founder of the Institute, Juan Ruiz Naupari has developed an effective breathing practice called Pneuma Breathwork after years of research in ancient traditions. This practice leads to expanded states of consciousness.
In Vancouver, over the last 15 years, hundreds of Pneuma Breathwork sessions have been held, impacting thousands of students.
